Funnel-, cone- and eggshape shuttering
These shutterings are used to produce digestors, primary sedimentation tanks and final clarifiers. The shuttering consist of steel girders connected with shutter boards. As the concrete is poured in from a very low position a concrete dehomogenization can be avoided. You receive a perfect result.
Shuttering systems for digestors (funnel-Cylinder-Cone)

The advantage of our funnel shuttering is that it causes no joints and the concrete is poured from a maximum hight of 50 cm. The shuttering skin is put in during the process of concreting.

The concrete is not dehomogenized and you receive structurally excellent funnel bottoms. The cone in the digestor is concreted accordingly.

The cone shuttering is erected from the inside using movable stairs. The shuttering consists of steel girders, which are connected by pressure rings. It is shored up by the already existing conical shutter boards.
Shuttering types in Eggshape
 
This kind of shuttering applies the same system as the cone shuttering. The individual parts are assembled beforehand and finally put onto the shuttering of the last phase of construction.
