Types of segment-shuttering For the segment-shuttering our special compression process is used in addition to our concreting process. In contrast to conventional shuttering systems only one or two skilled workers are needed to complete the work within the same time. Several vibrators arranged in a necessary distance and electronically driven compress the concrete perfectly. The result is concrete without major air holes.
Segment and cylindrical shuttering These shuttering systems are used to produce water and storage tanks as well as treatment basins. It is a simple system. As the concreting is automated at a great extent by the special concreting and vibration process half the time is needed compared to conventional methods. The result is concrete which is compressed perfectly without major air holes.
