Patented concreting and compression process
For sewage treatment plants the quality of concrete (water density / penetration / resistance / smoothness) is of great importance. As failures are often caused by human error, we have developed a concreting and compression process, which is automated at a great extent.
We pour the concrete from above into the shutters at layers of 10 cm at the most, with the help of an electrically operated concrete-bucket moving along the shutters. The advantage of this procedure is that you have no concrete heap nor does the concrete flow within the shutters so that no dehomogenization is possible.
After having reached a hight of 50 cm the concrete is compressed by an automatic compression installation. Several vibrators are lowered simultaneously into the shutters with the help of an electronically driven gear-engine. The concrete is compressed within a certain time depending on its consistency. Finally the vibrator is lifted again. Spotlights attached to the concreting installation allow an additional controlling by the staff.
Due to the special arrangements of the shutters the follow-up-treatment of the inside can be done while the outside is still covered with shutters.
The result is highest quality because human error is excluded to the greatest possible extent.
